Arrive
Check in at the studio. We walk you through lighting, music, and room controls before you begin.
Set your environment
Pick your soundtrack or choose quiet, set star lights to your preference, and try earplugs with the door open or closed.
Session
Float for 60–90 minutes or ease into vibroacoustic seating. A call button reaches staff if you need anything.
Rinse + reset
Shower in-suite with unscented products, linger with water or tea, and step back into your day unrushed.

I spent years coaching debate and teaching: loud rooms, long nights, and a mind that rarely slowed down. Building VT Float Away was a shift toward quiet space where people can reset without pressure.
I am on-site for most sessions to help you dial in lighting, music, and timing. If you prefer a hands-off visit, I will set things up and keep the room ready nearby.
