Arrival and check-in
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. First-time guests get a short orientation so you know exactly what to expect and how to adjust lights/sound and get assistance if needed.
Yes. We follow strict sanitation and cleaning protocols for every guest. The float water is filtered and sanitized between sessions using a multi-step system (verify exact method: filtration + oxidation/peroxide/UV/ozone), and the suite is cleaned and reset after each use. Common areas are cleaned throughout the day.
Only if you want it to be. You control the environment. You can float with the lid open, with the lights on, and with music or sound if that feels more comfortable.
Many guests who are unsure at first end up feeling comfortable once they’re inside, but you stay in control the whole time. You can keep the lid open, keep the light on, and use music. If you’d like, start with a shorter session or a vibroacoustic session first to ease in.
There is an easy way to get assistance. We’ll show you where it is during check-in and how it works before you begin.
It’s common to feel deeply relaxed, and some guests do drift off. The water is highly buoyant due to the magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt), which helps keep you afloat. As with any water-based experience, we’ll review safety basics during orientation.
You can arrive with very little. We provide towels and shower basics. If you wear contacts, consider bringing a case. If you have long hair, a brush is helpful. Please avoid heavy fragrances right before your visit out of respect for other guests.
Yes. Each suite includes a private shower and common essentials (towels, basic toiletries, and ear protection). We also have a few helpful extras on hand (verify: e.g., makeup remover, petroleum jelly for small cuts).
Between every appointment, the water is run through the sanitation cycle and the room is reset. Surfaces and touchpoints are cleaned, and the suite is prepared so it feels fresh, quiet, and ready when you arrive.
It’s a relaxation-focused experience that combines low-frequency vibration with sound. You recline on a specialized table/bed while vibrations and curated sound play through the system to support a calm, restful state.
Most sessions are 15–30 minutes (verify offered durations). If you’re combining it with a float, it can work well before or after your session.
Many people use it to unwind, downshift stress, and support rest. Experiences vary.
It depends on your goals and schedule. Some guests come occasionally as a reset; others build a regular routine. If you’re unsure, start with one session and adjust from there.
