Floating is a session of quiet in a private suite, in warm water saturated with Epsom salt so your body naturally stays buoyant. You step into the tank, choose your light and sound settings, and let the outside world drop away for 60–90 minutes. When you’re done, you rinse off in your in-room shower and ease back in to your day. Promising evidence for stress/anxiety, chronic pain, and some recovery markers.

Hey there,

I spent years teaching and coaching debate in loud rooms. Building VT Float Away is my shift toward quiet spaces that people can step into without pressure and find calmness in our busy, chaotic world.

During my career, I've long struggled with a chronic health condition. Floating is what finally helped me find some relief. So this business is very personal to me.

I am here for most sessions to help you dial things in. If you prefer hands-off, I will set you up and keep myself available nearby.
