The Site links to third-party platforms for scheduling and purchases of gift cards, packs, and memberships (Acuity). Payment processing is provided by Square. When you follow those links, your transaction is handled by those providers and governed by their terms and privacy practices. Acuity is a Squarespace company. We are not responsible for outages, processing errors, or changes in those providers’ terms. If you see an issue with a booking, gift card, pack, or membership, contact us and we’ll help route you to the right place.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in state or federal courts located in Vermont, and you consent to jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and updating the “Updated” date. Changes apply when posted.
